Systech Audio Visual and Lighting Canada Inc. is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Staff member to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will assist in promoting our products and services, generating sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, including our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify potential customers and generate recent sales leads.
- Promote company products and services through various marketing channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales communications.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other related documents.
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Create and manage social media content and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal team members.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing reports.
- Perform other sales,



marketing, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to learn about audiovisual products and services.

The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting both traditional and digital marketing activities.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
