Ottawa Inner City Health Inc. is seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario.
The successful candidate will assist with daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, communicate with customers, and support the smooth operation of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Support daily administrative and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Friendly, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of English is required.
