Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose suitable products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment through attentive service, accurate transactions, and explicit communication.

Duties

- Greet customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide helpful product information.
- Demonstrate products, including technology when relevant, and recommend options through thoughtful upselling.
- Process purchases using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Skills Required: Customer service, communication, English proficiency, basic math,



cashiering, POS use, cash handling, time management, and organizational skills support accurate transactions and responsive retail sales.

Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, technology sales, product demos, merchandising, upselling, phone etiquette, and bilingual or multilingual abilities can strengthen customer interactions and product guidance.
