As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, answer product questions, and help maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor. You’ll use clear communication and attentive customer service to understand needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to a smooth checkout. Duties

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable retail sales support, including technology sales and product demonstrations when appropriate.
- Recommend relevant products and use thoughtful upselling to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash, and complete cashiering tasks accurately using basic math.
- Maintain merchandising displays, keep products organized,



and respond to customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette.

Requirements Required: Solid customer service, communication, basic math, POS, and cash-handling capabilities support accurate transactions and helpful sales conversations. English proficiency and effective time management are essential for serving customers and completing daily tasks.

Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, and multilingual or bilingual communication are valuable. Organizational skills and a customer-focused approach help you manage priorities, maintain appealing displays, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Pay: $17.00-$26.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
