Jolly Bubble is looking for a friendly, organized team member to support daily playground operations and help families book birthday parties.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with parents and engage with children to create a joyful atmosphere.
- Perform general Crew Member duties, including customer service, front desk support, cleaning, and maintaining play area safety.
- Respond to birthday party inquiries in person, by phone, and by email. Explain party packages, pricing, available time slots, and add-ons.

Requirements

- Available to work on weekends.
- Comfortable speaking with families, explaining options, and following up with customers.
- Organized, dependable, and able to balance party inquiries with daily playground duties.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.

- 善于与家长沟通，能够清楚介绍套餐并主动跟进客户。
- 做事有条理、有责任心，能够兼顾派对咨询和门店日常工作。
- 有销售或客户服务经验者优先。
