Our ambition is to become the go-to destination for pre-loved luxury bags and accessories.

The role

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Manager who lives these values and wants to grow with us as we expand. You’ll lead our boutique team, build a loyal client community, and make every visit feel personal.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and inspire the boutique sales team
- Build and grow a client book through appointments, follow-ups and private events
- Own weekly and monthly sales targets, and track the results
- Bring clients to us through outreach, events and partnerships, not just foot traffic
- Uphold our curation standards for authenticity, condition and presentation




- Work closely with our online and marketing team, because we are digital-first and the boutique is part of a bigger client journey
- Work closely with the team to insure all operations are running smoothly, both for our clients in store and online.

What you bring

- 3 years in luxury retail, including team leadership
- A track record of building loyal clients and closing high-value sales
- Robust knowledge of luxury handbags and accessories. Pre-loved or consignment experience is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
- Availability on weekends and during the holiday season
