Looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to promote our retirement community and increase occupancy.
Salary : $ 65,000 per year + performance based bonuses
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into resident admissions.
- Build relationships with seniors, families, discharge planners, social workers and the local community.
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective residents.
- Drive occupancy growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Retirement home or healthcare experience is an asset.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing will be an asset.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
