Thorold Automotive Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team.

We are an established and growing accredited auto recycler with advanced computerized systems. We are a retail and wholesale automotive parts supplier specializing in parts for both foreign and domestic cars and trucks.

Our customers range from retail and commercial customers to local, provincial, national and international businesses. With multiple dedicated parts trucks delivering throughout Southern Ontario, our team plays an important role in keeping quality recycled automotive parts moving to customers where and when they need them.

What You’ll Do

· Provide professional and friendly customer service to retail and commercial customers.

· Respond to customer inquires in person, by telephone and by email.

· Provide accurate quotes and pricing for automotive parts.

· Identify and recommend appropriate parts based on customer needs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Follow up with customers to help ensure a positive experience and continued business.

· Work with customers to identify solutions and locate the parts they need.

· Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales information using computerized systems.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

· Support the overall sales team in achieving department goals.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

· Automotive parts knowledge and sales experience is required.

· Strong customer service and sales skills.

· Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build strong relationships with customers.

· Robust attention to detail and accuracy when quoting and pricing parts.





· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working with computerized systems and Microsoft Office.

· Dedicated, reliable and motivated team player.
