Robertson is seeking a skilled Sales Support Specialist form to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months

Pay Rate: Starting form $28 per hour

Location: Waterloo, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

- Mortgage Creditor Business
- Team is supporting mortgage creditor insurance
- Supporting brokers via email/phone (Shared inbox)
- Being available to answer phone calls
- Managing shared inbox/responding to brokers
- Answering Q’s about anything to generating mortgage creditor insurance
- Looking for customer service experience (over the phone is helpful)
- Managing multiple priorities
- Problem solving skills with brokers
- Some Data Entry involved in updating their sales systems
- Fairly small team of 6 support specialists with a team lead
- Each team member typically fields 8-10 calls and 40 emails per day
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working both independently and within a team




- Ability to effectively work in a customer service workplace
- Team Oriented but also able to work well independently
- Flexible in taking on new tasks and responsibilities to support the salesteam

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree required
- 2 years of Customer service experience required
- History or knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus
- Bilingual French/English skills an asset but not required
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry
