Your Role as a Sales Team Member

- Chat with customers in person and learn what matters most to them.
- Explain products and services in a transparent, relatable way and help customers feel confident saying yes to the sale.
- Sign customers up and handle each enrollment with care.
- Answer questions honestly so customers feel good about their decision.
- Learn product details and stay current on updates.
- Work toward shared sales goals with your team and celebrate wins together.
