- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Data Cloud CRM Analytics and Snowflake integrations
- Design and implement real-time and batch data pipelines for customer 360 initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Lead impact analysis and integration inventory for Data Cloud implementations and decommissions
- Define data model ingestion strategies and harmonisation logic across Salesforce and external systems
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
Ideal Background
- 10 years in Salesforce consulting with deep multi-cloud implementation experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud formerly Customer Data Platform
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics
- Robust understanding of data integration patterns, e.g., Snowflake, MuleSoft, Kafka
- Proven experience in advisory roles engaging senior business and IT executives
- Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing strategic outcomes and creating tangible value
- Exceptional storytelling, content development facilitation and executive communication skills
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
Certification
- Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification (must-have)
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (must-have)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect Preferred
