Requirements
Three-plus years of relevant industry or customer success experience
Three to four years supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customers
Solid consulting, communication, facilitation, and objection-handling skills
Understanding of sales, service, and platform automation processes
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts
