Position: Salesforce Tech Lead

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC ) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management clients. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, integrations, security, DevOps, and technical governance while mentoring development teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture and technical delivery.
- Design scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures.
- Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with core banking, lending, identity, and enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
- Establish CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git-based development, and release management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit,



and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
- Robust expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations, and Salesforce Security.
- Experience with Mule Soft, Data Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of Banking, Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance, KYC/Onboarding, or CRM transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Splunk, New Relic, and API-led architecture.
