Full The beefway is a family-owned abbatoir just north of beautiful Kincardine, Ontario that has been operating over 75 years. We process beef, pork, and lamb and package a number of other products including chicken.

Key Responsibilities:

· Working as a team to disassemble, sanitize and reassemble the equipment

· Following Food Safe practices, connecting with Quality Assurance team daily for feedback from their daily inspections

· lifting 10-50lbs repetitively as well as bending, stooping and standing

· Ensure Personal Protective Equipment is sanitized and organized for the morning's Production

· Assisting Managers throughout the day to ensure production is running efficiently

· Training provided for the right candidate

Qualifications:

· Knowledge and experience working in Manufacturing an asset

· Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act as asset





· Effective communication skills with a team-focused attitude

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – FINISH, no later than 10PM. This schedule is subject to change due to production demands and emergencies.
