We are looking for a dedicated Sanitation Worker to ensure our equipment and facility remain clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Clean and sanitize food production equipment, tools, and surfaces according to company and industry hygiene standards.
● Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, walls, and storage spaces.
● Properly dispose of waste and manage recycling following safety guidelines.
● Follow sanitation and food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
● Use and store cleaning chemicals safely, following company procedures.
● Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
● Work efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Requirements
● Ability to work an afternoon/night shift.
● Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
● Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
● Experience in industrial or food production cleaning is an asset but not required.
● Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
