- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience
- Strong SAP production/application support experience
- SAP system administration and troubleshooting
- SAP NetWeaver administration
- SAP HANA administration/support knowledge
- System monitoring and performance troubleshooting
- SAP system refresh/copy
- Kernel and support package upgrades
- Transport and background-job administration
- Incident| Problem and Change Management experience
- Experience supporting DEV/QAS/PRD environments
- Robust analytical| troubleshooting and communication skills
