· 10 Years SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects.

· Exposure of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

· Implement and Support the SAP solution

· Work on support engagement and resolve tickets, knowledge of SLAs / RCA.

· Should be an individual Contributor and team player

· Graduate or Post Graduation or Skilled Certification

Relevant SAP Certification

· Domain experience/exposure

· Flexible to work in different time zones

Detailed sub-modules in SAP SD.

· ASAP Methodology

· ITIL Methodology

· SD Organization Structure

· SD Master Data

· Sales Order Processing

· Deliver Processing

· Shipment Processing

· Invoice Processing

· Userexits, VOFM Routines and Customer Exits
