Savings product management at BMO demands analytical judgment and pricing expertise. This Toronto role supports Canadian Personal Banking’s Day-to-Day Banking Products team.

The Product Manager, Savings reports to the Senior Manager, Savings within Canadian Personal Banking. You will support product capabilities, pricing, policy execution, controls, reporting, and frontline support. The work connects customer experience, portfolio performance, and sustainable P&L; outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define requirements for recent Savings products and offer capabilities

Coordinate pricing changes, approvals, implementation, communications, and monitoring

Develop reporting, dashboards, metrics, and management information





Investigate recurring customer and frontline issues and root causes

Build frontline guidance, procedures, training materials, and feedback channels

Requirements

Three or more years in product management or related fields

Financial services experience strongly preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and data modelling

Working knowledge of SQL or another querying language

Hands-on Power BI and Power Automate experience

Apply product judgment, analytics, pricing, and automation to improve BMO Savings capabilities, service levels, and portfolio performance.
