Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Scrum Master III form to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting form $60 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a very strong Scrum Master with proven experience and background in the industry
- The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills to influence and lead the delivery of risk related products using our Agile framework
- Looking for a go-getter, quick learner individual who can quickly onboard and support our Data business department effectively

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Computer science degree required
- 5-7 years of Scrum Knowledge (Technology focus) required
- Agile Scale knowledge, will lead PI Planning sessions and other ceremonies
- JIRA / CONFLUENCE (needs to be strong,



this is the main tools used – 95% of the time)
- Kanban – Proficient in switching from Scrum to Kanban as needed.
- Leading a team / Pod (solid leadership skills, preferable if they were a people manager before)
- DaaS/Data knowledge
- Data Consumption knowledge
- Rahona – Migration to Cloud experiences
- Data lake
- Data ingestion
- Coding capacity
