- Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum master’s in financial services or data/analytics environments; CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification preferred; strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:

Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, keeping them time-boxed, focused, and outcome-driven.

- Coach teams and stakeholders:

Guide product owners, developers, and business partners in Scrum/Agile principles, fostering self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Remove impediments:





Proactively identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks early to keep delivery on track.

- Track and report progress:

Maintain sprint and release visibility using Jira (or similar tools), reporting on velocity, burndown, and delivery metrics to leadership.

- Drive delivery in a regulated setting:

Partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to ensure work aligns with data quality, security, and governance standards.
