As a Security Guard/Crowd Controller, you help maintain a safe, orderly setting by observing activity, supporting crowd movement, and responding calmly to concerns. You work with colleagues to address potential issues early and help visitors feel secure.

Responsibilities

- Monitor assigned areas through direct observation and CCTV, noting unusual activity and sharing relevant updates.
- Guide crowd movement, communicate expectations clearly, and help prevent congestion or disorder.
- Respond to incidents calmly, follow established procedures, and coordinate with colleagues or appropriate responders.
- Support loss prevention by observing activity, reporting concerns, and documenting incidents accurately.

Skills Required: Clear communication, sound judgment, attention to detail,



and the ability to remain calm while monitoring activity and assisting with crowd control. These practical capabilities support consistent surveillance, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with colleagues.

Preferred: Familiarity with law enforcement practices, loss prevention, surveillance, or CCTV monitoring is beneficial. Your impact: Timely observations and clear communication help colleagues respond effectively and keep shared spaces safer.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
