As a Security Guard with Paladin Security Group, you serve as a reassuring, protective presence in dynamic setting in Lloydminster. This role exists to keep staff and site visitors safe while delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation and Benefits

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means balancing proactive security vigilance with warm, approachable customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for safety, handling everything from routine patrols to unexpected emergency situations with composure and care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Door unlocks Perimeter patrol at the start and end of the scheduled shift.

Greet customers entering the building and offer support by advising where they should go if asked for assistance.

Monitor customer access to the building and reception area noting loitering, suspicious persons, behaviors, intoxicated, and irrational persons.

Patrolling the parking lots in the facility.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Physical stamina to walk 20 to 30 kilometers and climb stairs regularly throughout your shift.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to stay composed and make quick, sound decisions during high-stress or emergency situations with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills:





- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License (or willingness to complete required training).
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Prior experience in retail security, customer service, hospitality, or public-facing roles.
