Senior Accountant – Car Dealership (Full-Cycle Accounting & Year-End)

- AI EXPERIENCE IS A MUST: Must have proven experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools in daily accounting operations. This is non-negotiable.
- FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE in Canada: Must have strong knowledge of Canadian accounting practices, HST, payroll, and year-end requirements.
- Must be capable of independently handling full-cycle accounting and year-end procedures.
- Previous accounting experience in a car dealership is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities We are an established luxury car dealership looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage our accounting operations.




- Handle full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Complete year-end accounting, adjusting entries, and working papers.
- Manage HST filings, vehicle inventory accounting, and financial reporting
- Use AI tools daily to automate accounting tasks, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced, technology-driven accountant who understands the demands of a car dealership, not an entry-level bookkeeper. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
