Key Responsibilities

- Interpret audience data for newsroom programming decisions
- Provide actionable publishing and packaging feedback
- Optimize local stories across photos, graphics, headlines, and framing
- Set regional audience targets with executive producers and editors
- Support breaking news workflows under pressure

Requirements:
- Minimum seven years of journalism experience
- Five years of video experience in breaking news
- Experience applying audience analytics to editorial decisions
- Strong editorial judgment and CBC standards knowledge
- University degree or equivalent experience
