As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will guide Motus Reimburse and Motus Protect across launches, adoption, retention, and expansion. You will translate customer, competitive, and marketplace research into differentiated messaging, value propositions, and strategic recommendations. The work connects Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned product offerings

Influence roadmap priorities through customer, competitive, and market insights

Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer stories

Build scalable research, content, and execution approaches using AI





Present opportunities, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

Six or more years in product marketing, marketing, consulting, or strategy

Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and enterprise buyers preferred

Strong understanding of positioning, launches, enablement, adoption, and retention

Robust analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills

Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executive-level decisions
