Senior Bookkeeper – Full-Time (In-Person, Richmond, BC)

The Role

You’ll be responsible for advanced-level financial record keeping, managing ledgers, and preparing financial statements. This role requires independence, accuracy, and solid organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial data accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Work with automated financial systems and accounting software
- Support management with financial reporting and analysis

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Accounting diploma required




- Experience in Construction (Preference for Civil)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency with accounting software (Explorer Eclipse ERP) and MS Office and
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player who can also operate with autonomy

Compensation & Benefits
