As Contracts and Procurement Manager, you will guide project commercial functions, supporting contract execution, claims negotiations, purchasing, expediting, and subconsultant quality. You will help ensure work aligns with policies, procedures, objectives, and project needs. The position requires global project procurement and contract management experience, plus robust knowledge of contract law, drafting, change orders, planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality control.

You will work with project management, engineering, construction, project controls, finance, and other functional services.

Requirements

Degree in business, law, engineering, or construction management

Fifteen years of experience in a similar position

Knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost, and quality control
