As a senior individual contributor, you will manage customer and subcontractor agreements across their full lifecycle. The work includes contractual interpretation, amendments, risk mitigation, and collaboration with program management, finance, legal, and supply chain. You will also mentor Contracts team members without direct supervisory responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and closeout activities

Negotiate agreements, changes, non-routine issues, and contractual terms

Translate prime contract requirements into aligned subcontracts

Advise programs on obligations,



deliverables, risks, and performance

Prepare business cases, briefings, and compliant proposals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience

10+ years in contract management, negotiation, or administration

Robust knowledge of contractual terms, business law, and compliance

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

Government of Canada security clearance and controlled-goods clearances
