Key Responsibilities

Advise business units on laws, regulations, and company policies

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements

Requirements

LL.B. or J.D. degree

Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

At least five years of relevant legal experience

Corporate and commercial legal knowledge and experience

Robust drafting, negotiation, communication, and business judgment
