Our busy and growing dental practice in Upper Leslieville is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Senior Dental Hygiene and Treatment Coordinator to join our wonderful team.

As our Senior Dental Hygiene and Treatment Coordinator, you will play an essential role in creating an excellent experience for our patients while helping keep our hygiene department organized, productive, and running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating and managing dental hygiene appointments and scheduling
- Managing hygiene recall and patient follow-up
- Contacting patients for overdue hygiene appointments and reactivation
- Confirming appointments and helping manage cancellations
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records
- Working closely with hygienists, dentists, and the front-office team
- Helping ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting the team with other administrative duties as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office, dental reception, hygiene coordination, recall, scheduling, or patient coordination is a must. Familiarity with dental terminology and dental management software is an asset.
