Location: Lower Mainland Vancouver, BC

About the role
Perma-Lights is looking for a friendly, dependable person to help connect homeowners with permanent outdoor lighting.
Your job is to qualify interested homeowners—not to sell. You’ll start conversations at the door, identify people with genuine interest in permanent lighting, and connect them with the closer working alongside you. The closer handles the sales conversation and closes deals on the spot.
No experience is required. If you’re willing to learn, comfortable meeting new people, and motivated by earning bonuses, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Visit homes in assigned neighbourhoods and introduce permanent lighting.
- Ask basic qualifying questions to identify genuinely interested homeowners.
- Connect qualified homeowners with your closer.
- Keep clear notes and communicate with your closer throughout the day.
- Represent Perma-Lights professionally and respect homeowners’ time and property.
Training and support
You’ll receive virtual training and hands-on training at the doors alongside a closer. Basic product materials will be provided for you to read and study before starting in the field.
All training at the doors is paid from the time you start.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly communicator who enjoys talking to new people.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working outdoors, walking neighbourhoods, and handling rejection professionally.
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
- Availability for 25 hours per week.
Door-to-door experience is an asset, but it’s not required. Previous experience may help you build momentum and start earning bonuses sooner.
