About the Clinic

We are a family medicine clinic located in Winkler, Manitoba, committed to providing accessible, high-quality, patient-centred healthcare to individuals and families in the community.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our growing team and support the delivery of quality primary healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physicians with day-to-day clinical activities and patient care.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure clinical supplies are readily available.
- Support patient intake, including recording vital signs and relevant clinical information.
- Assist with clinical procedures and examinations within the scope of training and competence.
- Maintain accurate and organised patient documentation.
- Support the smooth coordination of patient appointments and clinic activities.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses and administrative staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Current registration/licensure as a Clinical Assistant in Manitoba is preferred.




- Candidates who have met the eligibility requirements for Clinical Assistant registration/licensure in Manitoba and are awaiting completion of the registration process are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Relevant medical education, clinical training or healthcare experience.
- Previous experience in family medicine or primary care is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate, professional and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally and contribute to a growing clinical practice.
