What You Will Do:

- Pick, pack, and ship customer sales orders and warranty returns accurately and on time.
- Prepare waybills, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond professionally to customer questions, order updates, issues, and concerns by phone and email.
- Search for parts, confirm availability, and follow up with Supply Chain on backordered items.
- Receive parts, stock shelves, maintain bin locations, and support an organized, efficient warehouse.
- Complete cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies,



and help strengthen inventory controls.
- Work across departments to improve packaging, shipping, safety, workflow, and turnaround times.
- Keep the supervisor informed about customer orders, priorities, and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in parts, shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Transparent and professional written and verbal communication.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively and courteously with others.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Basic math, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
