Freerider Filmz is growing, and we're looking for someone to join our team!

We're a snowmobile-focused media and merchandise company based in Dorset, Ontario, operating the Muskoka Freerider YouTube channel and our own clothing and merchandise brand.

With our merchandise business continuing to grow, we're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to help manage day-to-day operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being part of a small, growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

- Picking, packing, and shipping online merchandise orders
- Preparing shipping labels and organizing outgoing shipments
- Dropping off packages at the post office and courier locations
- Keeping the shipping and packing area organized

Inventory Management

- Receiving and organizing incoming merchandise
- Monitoring inventory levels and tracking stock
- Performing regular inventory counts
- Helping prepare for new merchandise launches and larger order volumes

Customer Service

- Responding to customer emails and inquiries
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Helping resolve shipping issues and other customer concerns

Additional Opportunities

- Helping coordinate new merchandise launches
- Assisting with inventory ordering and product development
- Contributing ideas to improve our operations




- Potential involvement in graphic design and merchandise development if you have the skills and interest

Who We're Looking For

We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with a specific résumé.

Ideally, you're someone who:

- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work

Experience with e-commerce, shipping, inventory management, or customer service would be an asset, but isn't required.

Graphic design experience would be a major bonus, especially if you're interested in helping develop current merchandise.

You don't need to be a snowmobiler to apply!

Position Details

- Location: Dorset, Ontario — home-based business operation
- Start Date: November 2026
- Hours: Approximately 30–44 hours per week during our busy winter season
- Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
- Employment: Contract position with potential for a longer-term role
