The Site Superintendent is to be responsible of the management and coordination of all on site elements of the project including scheduling, quality and safety for the jobsite. Excellent planning, leadership and problem-solving skills are imperative to the success of this position.

Exhibiting a hands-on approach to problem-solving while maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Upholding a track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar commercial construction projects and providing leadership and support to construction site staff through organization and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish clear communication, expectations, and coordination with the Project Manager (PM) throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules and weekly updates in Procore, and issue 1–6 week lookahead schedules to trades.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure thorough understanding and effective project execution.
- Plan site layout, staging, mobilization, temporary utilities, fencing, parking, and other site logistics.
- Participate in project startup meetings, review budgets and subcontractor scopes, and identify cost-saving and buyout opportunities with the PM and trades.
- Prepare and coordinate RFIs, PCNs, site instructions, and drawing updates with the PM, maintaining current working and as-built drawing sets.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings, daily huddles, weekly toolbox talks, and ongoing coordination with subcontractors and the PM.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in Procore, including daily site reports, progress photos, safety assessments, incident reports, inspections, deficiencies,



and meeting records.
- Enforce COR safety requirements, conduct hazard assessments, maintain site security, and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Perform ongoing quality control inspections, verify critical installations and dimensions, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and building officials and ensure required approvals are obtained.
- Manage site purchases, purchase orders, additional hours, and time-and-materials work within authorized limits, ensuring appropriate documentation and PM review.
- Coordinate material deliveries, verify condition and storage, and ensure materials are properly managed onsite.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite, including construction offices and trailers.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and team members.
- Support efficient equipment and rental coordination, prioritizing company-owned equipment where available.
- Protect confidential company, client, and project information and uphold Three Way Builders' values and standards.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience running commercial build sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Knowledge of wood framing, foundations and concrete.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Commitment to safe practices and standards (proof of safety training will be required).

Daily Physical Requirements

- Traverse uneven and rough ground surfaces such as rocky or excavated clay surfaces as well as slippery and/or frozen surfaces continuously.
- Ascend and descend ladders, construction stairs and scaffolding multiple times a day.
- Occasionally carry bulky loads such as sheets of plywood or lumber (50lbs minimum).
- Sweep and carry waste materials from the jobsite as required.
- Use construction tools such as hammers, skill saws, levels, air tools, etc.
- Transport and setup temporary hoarding tarps and walls.
- Transport and setup temporary heating equipment such as fans, furnaces and diesel heaters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
