Are you passionate about customer service and love the excitement of the automotive world? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dealership Delivery Coordinator to create exceptional vehicle delivery experiences for our customers!

As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the final and most memorable step in the car-buying journey. You’ll ensure every customer drives away confident, informed, and thrilled with their current vehicle.

- Key Responsibilities_
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and sales staff
- Ensure vehicles are prepared prior to delivery
- Provide in-depth vehicle feature demonstrations
- Pair mobile devices and explain infotainment systems
- Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Provide support for sales administration
- Stock vehicles into inventory (assign to retail, auction etc.) and create supporting files, key tags,



documentation and log in tracking systems
- What We’re Looking For_
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and vehicle features
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
