Annacis Lock-Up Self Storage is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and proactive part-time Customer Service Representative to work a variety of shifts, must have evenings and weekend availability, for our Annacis Lock-Up Self Storage facility centrally located on Annacis Island, on the New Westminster border, in the greater Vancouver Area.

Reporting to the Office/Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative is involved in the day-to-day business operation. You are an energetic, proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. You thrive in a role that combines interaction with people and hands-on tasks.

Role Overview : Key Qualifications :

- At least one year of customer service experience with a strong, personable approach to client interactions (required).
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and telephone systems.
- Experience or knowledge of Sitelink software (preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs),



and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and light maintenance work throughout the day is a strong asset.
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred).
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- Own transportation required; must be able to work varied, early, or late hours

Schedule Details : Flexible hours, including:

- Day shifts: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM or 3:00 PM-8:00 PM
- Weekends and statutory holidays (closed Christmas Day and Recent Year's Day).

Facility hours:

- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
