As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative who’s ready to grow with us and become part of a company aiming to become one of the leading names in the industry.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can walk into a customer’s home with confidence, build trust quickly, create excitement around our products, and deliver an outstanding experience from consultation to installation.

You’ll be meeting homeowners face-to-face, conducting in-home consultations, presenting solutions, preparing estimates, and helping customers confidently move forward.

Responsibilities

- Conduct offline consultations with homeowners
- Present products, prepare estimates, and close sales
- Build strong customer relationships and guide clients through the process
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate projects with office staff, installers, and production teams

Requirements :

- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Experience in related industries is a strong asset
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent English required (additional languages are an asset)
- Valid driver’s license
