All Operations Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products offered and working collaboratively with their coworkers to provide superior customer service. Operations Associates will share the common goal of maximizing sales through positive guest interactions and strategic sales techniques, as well as taking on operational duties such as ticket scanning when required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Available to work Full Time from April 21-25 2026 :
- Connect with every guest to ensure they feel welcome
- Deliver superior customer service and create a memorable guest experience while maintaining operational goals
- Familiar with ticket scanning protocols
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions in accordance with company policy
- Take cash payments in accordance with established company cash handling policy
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to foster a positive and productive work workplace
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the show in order to personalize interactions with each and every customer
- Assist with maintaining a neat and organized environment
- Assist with the receiving and processing of shipments as necessary
