- Key Responsibilities : Digital Marketing**:
- Manage and update website content (products, galleries, case studies, blogs).
- Coordinate social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn).
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Track and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
Sales & Lead Support :
- Work closely with the sales team to support promotions and campaigns.
- Help create marketing materials for dealers, builders, and homeowners.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure proper lead follow-ups.
Content & Branding :
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Collect customer testimonials, project photos, and reviews.
Local & Industry Marketing :
- Coordinate trade show participation, home shows, and local promotions.
- Assist with dealer marketing support and co-op programs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the windows & doors space.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of marketing experience (construction or home improvement industry preferred).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Canva, CRM).
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred: (Nice to Have) :
- Experience in windows, doors, construction, or building materials industry.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
- SEO and Google Analytics knowledge.
- Photography or video content experience for project showcases.
