Blu Ivory Bridal is seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our growing bridal boutique in Toronto.
This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience who can lead a small team, support sales performance, manage orders, and handle customer concerns professionally.
Position: Assistant Store Manager Location: Toronto, ON (Corso Italy) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $23-27/hour (based on experience) + monthly performance bonus
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support bridal consultants and support staff
- Lead team performance and provide sales coaching
- Assist brides and support closing sales when needed
- Oversee order management and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing gowns
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Support scheduling and daily store operations
- Maintain a structured, positive,
and accountable team environment
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or assistant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident handling staff performance issues and customer complaints
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Bridal or fashion retail experience is an asset but not required
