As a Keyholder, you help team members deliver informed cannabis guidance and consistent customer experiences. You will support individual and store sales targets, strengthen product and regulation knowledge, and coach sales techniques. The role also includes mentoring, onboarding, compliance, and collaborative shift leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Two-plus years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
- Provincial cannabis certification and successful record check required
