- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of communications.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current promotions and campaigns.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. - Qualifications :
- Proven experience in inside sales is preferred, specially in Windows & Doors Industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Commission Pay : Vary based on performance
