What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with existing advertising clients
- Sell print and digital advertising across multiple publications
- Understand advertiser goals and recommend effective advertising solutions
- Work closely with editorial, production and management teams to support campaign success
- Track activity, manage deadlines and contribute to shared sales goals

Who You Are You’re confident on the phone, organized and motivated by results. You communicate clearly, manage your time well and enjoy working toward defined goals. You’re comfortable juggling multiple products and conversations and thrive in a structured, deadline-driven workplace.

What You Bring

- 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B sales is an asset)
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and discussing value with decision-makers




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, web-based tools)
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn new industries

Position Details

- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00
- In-office position at our central Winnipeg location (free parking)
