We are actively looking for a quick learning Outside Assessment Specialist to join our team who loves dealing with people!

This job is about people, and spending time as an Assessment Specialist out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

A company owned vehicle, gas card.

Compensation package:

- Straight Commission pay

Schedule:

- Daily scheduled appointments throughout the day
- Evenings as needed
- Weekends as needed
- Trade Shows

License/Certification:

- Clean Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Simcoe County, Grey County, Muskoka, Haliburton, Parry Sound District, Huntsville District (required)

Work Location: In Person / On the road / Head Office for meetings

Must reside in the Barrie or surrounding area, or be willing to relocate at own expense

Straight Commission with HUGE opportunities of income around: $105,000.00 - $350,000.00+ per year
