Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling protocols in compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred but not required




- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Applicants must be available for full-time work; students will not be considered.
