We are seeking a dynamic and proactive dispatcher/call taker for Towing Operation to lead and coordinate our towing services with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of dedicated staff. Must be bondable.
Duties
- Supervise the towing team, including drivers and support staff.
- Coordinate towing schedules, dispatching vehicles efficiently to meet customer needs and operational deadlines
- Oversee record-keeping, and maintaining accurate logs of all towing activities
- Manage inventory related to towing equipment, parts, and supplies through purchasing and merchandising strategies
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in customer service and operational procedures
Requirements :
- Proven supervisory experience in a transportation or service-based setting, preferably within towing
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, pricing strategies, and retail sales techniques
