Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up systems
- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For :
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Automotive industry experience is an asset
