We are currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at the Grahams Ln location, working directly alongside our in-house manager.

Pay : CA$40,000.00 - CA$100,000.00 per year (Competitive Base + Performance Incentives)

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Greeting clients and providing a welcoming, premium customer experience.
- Building accurate, transparent estimates using Protractor software.
- Educating customers on their vehicle's needs, focusing on value over price.
- Managing work flow with technicians to ensure on-time vehicle completion.




- Handling comprehensive vehicle deliveries, ensuring clients understand their service, warranties, and roadside assistance benefits.

Requirements :

- Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
- Class G Licence with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to reliably commute to Burlington, ON L7N 3M8
