- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair activities
- Assist with assembly of appliances when required
Requirements :
- Proven experience in appliance repair or related electrical/mechanical fields
- Strong electrical experience and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to troubleshoot complex appliance issues efficiently
- Basic knowledge of assembly processes for appliances or related equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively
